My son’s school called me with some concerns about his possible suicide notions; I was devastated and had no idea and didn’t know where to begin. Then I remembered that my company provided access to confidential counselling so I rang but wasn’t sure if the service extended to family. The person who took my call was so welcoming and put my mind at ease by confirming that the service did cover family. She acknowledged my concerns and reassured me that we could arrange counselling for my son immediately. The counsellor that we saw was fantastic; my son connected with him straight away and had a further two sessions with him. I have to thank the Counselling service for their initial prompt action and their follow through, I am forever grateful to them.

I was very impressed with the way in which I was "warm transferred” to the counsellor and not just dumped on the line. It was good to work with people who use their initiative. Well done for providing such excellent service, this really is where you separate yourselves from other contact centres.

I have had cause to use the service a few times and the service is excellent, It was comforting to speak with intelligent, helpful operators, they were an absolute delight.
