We call this service ‘Home Concierge’ and it is designed for people who are busy and appreciate the convenience of a ‘one call’ solution to many of their everyday needs around the home.

Assistance when you need it - Peace of Mind - saving both time and money. We can be contacted 7 days a week by phone, email or web chat. Members spend quality time with our assistance personnel to ensure appropriate sourcing of the right service and people.

We have developed protocols and service provider databases to deal with each call on a case-by-case basis; our assistance personnel will ensure each member request receives the highest possible standard of help.

The following are examples only of services that may assist:

  • Electrical faults
  • Plumbing emergencies
  • Storm or water damage
  • Lockout from home or car
  • Personal safety questions and issues, including safety in public places

Whatever the issue, the experienced Care and Assistance team will assemble an appropriate plan and recommendations. The service is available to members and can be used as frequently as necessary. While there is no charge for the Assistance Helpline, the member will be responsible for the cost of the respective service they engage.
