The Helpline operates during business hours, however the NHS Call Centre is available 24 hours, 365 days a year and in emergency situations Helpline operators can arrange contact with a legal provider.

Especially around tax time, it is great to know that your questions about eligible deductions, returns and all personal tax questions are answered by qualified professionals.

COUNSELLING HELPLINE

We have professional counsellors available as part of the team to provide Trauma Counselling – Including Critical Incident Support (and Bullying)

If required, we will have a counsellor provide over the phone counselling to you or your immediate family or, in the case of critical incidents, face to face counselling support. Plus we provide post-incident counselling sessions to assist you. This service is available to you and your immediate family.

Grief is normal when we lose a loved one and we are here to help and share with you. Counsellors are on hand 24 hours, 7 days to provide advice and guidance to support our clients and their immediate family.

Counsellors will work with each member or their partner/family to identify their concerns and provide them with advice, guidance and strategies.
