Following my email sent through my benefits, I must say that I was surprised to receive a response approx. 45 mins later by phone. The solicitor left a detailed message and when I called him back he expanded on his advice and continued to answer questions illustrating that he was in fact knowledgeable and keen to assist. I must say if that was the service that members will get from the free legal advice then I am more than happy.
